2. Reservations and Payment
- Prices are non-negotiable: displayed prices are final to ensure equality among all customers.
- Any reservation is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or deposit according to trip conditions.
- Prices may change based on availability and supplier rates (airlines, hotels, etc.).
- The balance must be paid before the deadline indicated at booking.
3. Cancellation and Refund
- Cancellation may incur fees according to partner supplier policies.
- Refund conditions vary depending on the type of service booked (flight, hotel, excursions, etc.).
- No refund will be given for unused services after the trip has started.
4. Modifications and Availability
- Any modification (dates, names, services) is subject to supplier conditions and may incur fees.
- Availability is confirmed at the time of booking and may change until final confirmation.
5. Liability
- The agency acts as an intermediary between travelers and suppliers (airlines, hotels, transportation, etc.) and is not responsible for modifications or cancellations imposed by them.
- We disclaim any liability for delays, lost luggage, medical incidents, or any event beyond our control.
6. Travel Formalities
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have the required documents (valid passport, visa, insurance, vaccinations, etc.).
- The agency cannot be held responsible for denied boarding or entry to a country due to non-compliant documents.
7. Travel Insurance
- We strongly recommend taking out insurance covering cancellation, medical assistance, and travel accidents.
- The agency can offer insurance options tailored to travelers' needs.
8. Claims and Customer Service
- Any claim must be made in writing within 3 days after the end of the trip.
- Our customer service is available before, during, and after your trip to answer your questions.
9. Photo/Video Policy and Social Media Sharing
- Photos/videos taken during the trip may be used for advertising purposes.
- Sahraoui Travels commits not to publish content that may harm participants' privacy.
- Customers who do not wish to appear must inform the guide before the trip and avoid group photos. The guide will do their best to respect their choice.
